The tailor shop or «sartoria» in Italian, is the place where creations are made in an artisanal way and totally handmade.
The warm and at the same time modern atmosphere joins with our vision of a dynamic and cosmopolitan osteria.
Our menu consists of sustainable seasonal products by small producers.

The Italian chef trained in the restaurants of Massimo Bottura, Gordon Ramsay and Dan Barber, traveling the world from Italy, Barcelona, London, New York and now Mexico City.
In Sartoria, his gastronomic proposal, he seeks to express the philosophy of Italian cuisine based on raw materials, the season of food and the craft behind every dish.
